This product is based on the  antigen-antibody reaction. The aflatoxin monoclonal antibody is connected to  the gel in the column. The pretreated samples are passed slowly through the  immunoaffinity columns. Aflatoxins can specifically bind to the antibody in  the columns. Rinse to remove other unbound impurities, and elute with methanol  to achieve purification.
